should be distributed to Pupils on 2nd May and 15 May (Muslim
Calendar).
Teachers, PTA Members and LSG members
should attend.

completion report should be forwarded to AEO latest by 15 May.
2) ASWS
(Cluster school for Arts, Sports & Work Experience)
Need to identify one school in each cluster
(Should have the required facilities, play ground etc.)
3) Noon
Meal Program:
Schools that are in need of Kitchen cum
store and Appliances should forward their
Application in triplicate (3 copies) to AEO
immediately.
4) Voluntary
organizations in Schools:
Should forward a list of voluntary
organizations functioning in your school
Viz.: Scout & Guides, Cub –Bul-Bul,
Junior Red Cross, NCC etc. and also
You should submit a report on their
functioning.
5) Scholarships:
You should ensure that various scholarships
are distributed to the eligible candidates.
Financial Assistance to CWSN: Have already
transferred the amounts to their bank accounts.
Please submit the bank A/C details of the
remaining CWSN.
